Our Gold package, starting at £949 + VAT per year, offers comprehensive support for your home automation system. With this package, you’ll receive two maintenance inspections per year, during which our expert technicians will update software on required devices within the media rack, conduct complete testing to identify any issues, clear caches, perform checks on hardware and wiring, and clean ports. Minor programming will also be carried out where needed, ensuring your system operates smoothly.

 

In addition, you’ll have unlimited email support, unlimited telephone support, and unlimited remote login support tickets per year, allowing you to get assistance whenever you need it.

 

The package also includes a 4Sight license for remote access to your system, allowing you to monitor and control it from anywhere. Furthermore, you’ll have two urgent onsite callouts per year, ensuring prompt assistance in case of any critical issues. With our Gold package, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your home automation system is in expert hands and receive top-notch support to keep it running smoothly throughout the year.

Silver Package

Introducing our Silver package, starting at £639 + VAT per year, designed to provide continued comprehensive support for your home automation system. Unlike the Gold package, which offers two maintenance inspections per year, with the Silver package, you’ll receive one annual maintenance inspection. During this inspection, our skilled technicians will update the software on required devices within the media rack, conduct complete testing to identify any issues, clear caches, perform checks on hardware and wiring, and clean ports, ensuring the smooth operation of your system. Minor programming will still be carried out as needed, maintaining optimal performance.

 

You’ll continue to have unlimited email support and unlimited telephone support, allowing you to seek assistance whenever you need it.

 

The package also includes four remote login support requests per year, providing remote assistance for minor issues. Furthermore, you’ll receive a 4Sight license for remote access to your system, enabling you to monitor and control it remotely. Additionally, the Silver package includes one urgent onsite callout per year for prompt assistance with critical issues. Starting From £385
Bronze Package

Our Bronze package, starting from £385 + VAT per year, provides comprehensive support for your home automation system. With one on-site maintenance inspection per year, our skilled technicians will update software and firmware on all managed devices, conduct testing to identify issues and clear caches, perform hardware and wiring checks to prevent failures and complete minor programming as needed.

 

Additionally, we provide annual management of Unifi Wireless/Wired network, including remote firmware updates and performance monitoring. You’ll also have free email and telephone support during working hours, with chargeable out-of-hours technical support available via email and phone for £12.00 + VAT per call/ticket limited to a 15-minute session.

 

Our contracted reduced rate ensures on-site support attendance within 12 hours from the time of the ticket being raised, and you’ll also receive one free remote login support request per year, along with a 4Sight license for remote access to your system.
