Unique Group COVID-19 Response

Unique Group is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and is making the safety of our employees, customers, and members of our local community our first priority.
According to Government Advice, those working in ‘Utilities, communications and financial services’ are classed as Key Workers, meaning that Unique Group’s operational work falls under the critical sectors list in response to the COVID-19 situation.
Unique Group have implemented the following measures to ensure the utmost safety to our customer base and the wider community;
- Essential office based staff are currently working from home and not working in the office at Unique HQ
- Employees carrying out essential maintenance, reacting to urgent repairs and small works have been scaled down to ‘Skeleton Staff’
- Our employees who are operating out of the office for the above, are wearing gloves, masks and have hand sanitizer on their person
- Employees are maintaining the Government recommended 2-metre distance from any contact on-site
We have made the above decisions to ensure that we can support our Government during these uncertain times. The safety of your property is more important than ever and with this in mind, Unique Group is now carrying out surveys of properties remotely using a number of different aids, including Google Maps, existing plans of the home and more.
